Silently, a gigantic shadow rises out of nowhere and slowly drifts towards you. The whale, weighing 40 tons and over 20 meters long, floats slowly, almost motionless and gently past you. For animals and humans to meet harmoniously there are certain rules to follow. Of course, we fully conform to local regulations. First, we observe whether the ocean giant is behaving calmly. If this is the case, we glide into the water and drift calmly towards it, orderly and in a respectful distance. We leave everything else to the initiative of the whale. We are guests in its territory. Patience and respect are prerequisites for stress-free encounters with marine mammals.
